Download and Extract 

Launch the Exe File (as an administrator)

It is prompt and ask you for username and Password 

Click the Sign Up Link 

Create a New Account by completing the required Details  (Remember the Password you use )

Upon Success

Check your email for your New UserName 

At the Tool Prompt Type in the Username and your personal password that you created earlier
